Join an infrastructure team delivering high-quality road, pavement and surface maintenance projects across the greater Sydney area.
The Role:
You will initially support the pricing and estimating process, helping shape bids and put together accurate scope and cost assessments. As you settle into the position, you will manage the project lifecycle of civil and road-related projects valued typically between $500K and $1.5M .
Key Responsibilities:
* Support preparation of accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing schedules.
* Plan, coordinate and manage projects from award through to completion.
* Lead site delivery teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure scope, quality, safety and timelines are met.
* Monitor project progress, costs and budgets; manage variations and commercial reporting.
* Coordinate with clients, authorities, design teams and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards on all works.
About You:
* Proven experience in project coordination, estimating or project management within civil construction, roadworks, pavement or maintenance sectors.
* Strong understanding of road surface and pavement works — estimating, planning and delivery.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field and office environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Driven to deliver projects on time, on budget and with high quality outcomes.
