Your new role
As HR Coordinator, you'll be a key member of a close-knit team, supporting recruitment, administration, and engagement initiatives. You will support the organisation to create a Culturally safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes
* Supporting with reporting, compliance, and engagement activities
* Providing administrative support
* Contributing to the implementation of Indigenous employment and inclusion strategies
* Liaising with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations
You'll be part of a team that values Cultural safety and works to promote the self-determination of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through inclusive policy and practice.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
* A genuine interest in Indigenous employment and inclusion strategies and policy development
* Recruitment experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A collaborative and proactive approach with a willingness to learn
* Commitment to cultural safety and inclusion
