Be the key contact for all departments and the main liaison for the studio and the business.Plan Weekly Photography Schedule : Coordinate the weekly photography plan based on briefs and product information from various departments, updating the schedule daily as the main source of information.Daily Contact for Studio Operations : Act as the primary contact between the packing team, photographers, food stylists, and art directors to ensure smooth daily operations.Organise Samples for Shoots : Manage the collection and delivery of Iceland own-label packaging products to the studio for photography.Product Handling : Physically move and lift products from storage and distribution centers to prepare for shoots.Purchase Fresh Produce : Shop for fresh ingredients needed for food photography shoots.Raise Purchase Orders (POs) : Create and manage POs in the SAP system for studio and design needs.Order Supplier Samples : Use the OPAL system to request and track supplier samples to support planning.Coordinate Overseas Deliveries : Communicate with international suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.General Shoot Administration : Handle all administrative tasks related to organizing food photography shoots.Work to Daily Deadlines : Manage multiple deadlines to support 2–3 active photography sets daily.Attend Planning Meetings : Participate in weekly planning meetings with various teams to align priorities.Take Marketing Briefs : Receive briefs, prioritize tasks, and schedule accordingly.Allocate Studio Roles : Assign photographers, food stylists, and art directors to optimize resources.Track Shoot Expenses : Monitor expenses and collaborate with finance for accurate accounting.Order Supplies Online : Manage online orders for shoot materials.Monitor Team Availability : Track holidays and sickness to ensure adequate staffing.Ensure Image Delivery : Oversee image retouching and proper storage in The Locker database.Collaborate with Head Office Teams : Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless studio operations.
