About the role

What you'll be doing
1. Spray painting vehicles and components to the highest quality standards
2. Preparing surfaces and applying paint finishes, ensuring a smooth and consistent application
3. Mixing paint colours to match vehicle specifications
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
5. Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
6. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience as a Spray Painter, preferably in the automotive industry
2. Excellent knowledge of paint types, mixing, and application techniques
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
4. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
5. Understanding of relevant safety and environmental regulations
6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
