We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our environmental law team, working across human rights, climate change, country and cultural heritage matters.
Key responsibilities:
* Conduct research and provide expert advice on complex legal issues related to environmental and administrative law
* Represent clients in court and tribunals, including litigation and advocacy
* Develop and implement strategies to protect the environment and promote social justice
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects and services
You will need:
* An unrestricted practising certificate with 5 years post-admission experience
* Demonstrated experience in administrative and/or planning and environmental law
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on consideration of different views
* Demonstrated ability to work productively and to deadlines, with excellent oral and written communication skills
