What does the job look like?
Linfox busy Resources and Industrial business require an Operations Administrator to join the team for a 15-month max term contract.
This role is vital in supporting our business with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations.
This role works Monday – Friday, 7am - 3pm (flexible), immediate start is required.
Key areas: Support with weekly payroll processing Assisting our accounts team with AP / AR activities Ensure revenue is captured timely and accurately Data entry and reporting while working across various systems Assist with other transport administration as required to support the team Are you the one?
You are a team player that can manage various stakeholders and prioritise tasks against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You can demonstrate: Administration experience in a transport operation preferred Time management skills and the ability to balance priorities while under deadlines Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel Positive attitude and ability to engage stakeholders on all levels What's in it for me?
