Position Overview

The School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet) is a dynamic community of scholars from different disciplines, including criminology, law, political science, psychology and sociology, united by our interest in governance and regulation.
RegNet is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our small, high-achieving professional team. The successful candidate will have experience providing executive and administrative assistance as well as some experience in financial administration. Equally important is a friendly and engaging manner and a drive for high-level customer service.
This position is responsible for providing executive assistance to the School Director, coordinating many aspects of the general office administration and also providing financial administration assistance. Reporting to the School Manager, this role involves supporting staff, students and visitors within the School.
Responsibilities
Provide executive assistance to the School Director.
Coordinate many aspects of general office administration.
Provide financial administration assistance.
Support staff, students and visitors within the School.
Requirements
Experience providing executive and administrative assistance.
Experience in financial administration.
Friendly and engaging manner with a drive for high-level customer service.
Right to live and work in Australia and willingness to undergo a background check.
