Airport Services Officer
Ensuring smooth airport operations is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Airport Services Duty Officer, you will play a vital role in overseeing flight-handling activities to maintain high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify that passenger and aircraft handling practices adhere to stringent safety and security guidelines.
* Optimize manpower allocation during shifts to maximize resource utilization while maintaining staff morale and discipline.
* Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while on duty, collaborating with Customer Relations for complaint resolution.
* Liaise with various departments to facilitate ramp handling activities.
Requirements:
* Relevant academic qualifications from a recognized institution.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in an airline or reputable Ground Handling Operations at a supervisory level.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in the English language.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp handling, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
* High proficiency in computer applications.
* Strong customer focus and service delivery expertise.
