Overview
Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre (BREC) is seeking an organised and proactive Program Coordinator to help deliver our year-round program of performances, events and community activities. Working as part of the Program Team, you'll support everything from artist liaison and program scheduling to event logistics and administration, helping ensure shows and projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery.
This role would suit someone early in their arts administration career, or someone with experience in events, arts or program coordination who enjoys working collaboratively in a busy live performance environment.
This is a permanent part-time position (0.4 FTE) based in Bunbury, with occasional evening or event-related work required.

What we\'re looking for
1. Experience supporting events, programs or projects in an arts, events or community setting
2. Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail
3. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
5. Confidence using databases or administrative systems
6. A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across different teams
7. Interest in or experience with live performance, arts and community engagement
Experience working with artists, touring companies or cultural organisations or in events would be an advantage but is not essential.

9. $28-$32 per hour + super, depending on experience
