This role specifically focuses on the Demand related process stream including impacts to business processes, systems and technology and helping people to adapt to change with confidence.Responsibilities :Provide strategic clarity and leadership to Logistics and Wholesale stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations across main Distribution Centres.Oversee and execute change programs that enhance Warehouse Management System capabilities, driving efficiency and operational excellence.Lead a dedicated 'Deployment Pod' to successfully roll out large-scale programs, ensuring seamless adoption across major Australian sites.Design and manage program-wide communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and capability uplift.Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that drive capability uplift and long-term program success.Lead targeted engagement initiatives for Logistics and Wholesale (Move) teams, fostering alignment and commitment across the program.Ensure teams are well-prepared and equipped to embrace and sustain transformational change.Proactively identify, assess, and address the implications of change for all impacted stakeholders.Partner with the Group Head of Change to refine frameworks, tools, and learning pathways, embedding a culture of continuous change excellence.Skills and Experience :Successfully lead large-scale, complex change initiatives within agile environments, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.Drive high-performance outcomes by coaching, mentoring, and empowering geographically dispersed teams.Navigate intricate business structures, managing internal and external communications, and aligning change initiatives with enterprise objectives.Establish credibility and trust with senior leadership and executive teams to drive strategic change.Effectively translate change management strategies into clear, impactful messaging that resonates across all business levels.Refine complex challenges into clear, actionable priorities, ensuring clarity and focus for all stakeholders.Build strong, results-oriented partnerships to secure stakeholder buy-in and sustain momentum for change.For a confidential discussion, please contact Pravin on (emailprotected) quoting reference 266013.
