THE ROLE
Manage on-site works of projects from initial site set up to completion.Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.Oversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working orderEffective cost control and running of projects to meet project deadlines and budgetsCoordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractors.Liaise with Supervisors to ensure the efficient and appropriate delegation of work activities.Complete project progress reporting and weekly meetings.Provide advice on any technical, trade or engineering issues (if applicable)Drive problem-solving and lead in developing innovative solutions
About You
Previous experience in construction remediation projectsTeam player with solid negotiation and influencing skillsFrontline management experienceAttention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlinesCommunication skills and previous leadership experienceCurrent Driving Licence Expertise in site management and delivery, budgeting, stakeholder and subcontractor management, documentation and approvals
