Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment? We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Good Games as our Team Leader! In this versatile role, you’ll be at the forefront of both front and back-end operations, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our retail spaces and management of the team.

As a Retail Team Leader, you will ensure the store opens and closes are run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

* Ensure stock levels are well maintained – assist the store management team in ordering and receiving stock for the store.
* Oversee the merchandising of stock, as well as general tidiness of the store.
* Direct other staff members in the performance of their daily duties; ensuring task lists are completed and staff are delegated to appropriate tasks and roles.
* Handle customer concerns and complaints.
* Communicate with our head office and other entities within the company.
* Provide feedback of team performance to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
* Provide upkeep of the store’s social media pages.

Skills and Experience


Who Are We Looking For?

* A strongly self-motivated individual with a desire to grow with our business.
* Works well in a team.
* You must have management experience including direct supervision of other staff.
* Have retail experience and excellent customer service skills.
* Have superior communication and problem solving skills, along with a good eye for detail.
* Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
* You have solid computer skills and are generally technical savvy.
* You have a willingness and desire to take ownership of your store.
* You feel it is important that you enjoy your work.
* You can fly…ok, we just wanted to see if you were paying attention.
