About the Role The Power Automate Developer will work independently to deliver creative, automated solutions with limited detailed instructions provided. You will be responsible for developing critical automation processes that integrate Microsoft Forms, Azure Boards, Microsoft Projects, and Power Automate Approval Flows. You will also be expected to optimise workflows in Azure Boards and establish mailbox rules to better support team operations. Documentation of all work will be mandatory. Key Accountabilities Ticketing System: Develop an automated ticket system using Power Automate: Clients submit requests via Microsoft Forms Automatic creation of tasks in Azure Boards/DevOps Automatic confirmation email sent to client Integration: Build an integration between Azure Boards and Microsoft Projects to provide high-level task status and progress overviews. Optimisation: Refine and optimise Azure Boards setup to better match the team’s operational workflows. Approval Process: Develop an approval system to manage access to the Power BI Semantic Model: Developers submit access requests Approval notification system to alert team members Status updates to manage model usage visibility Important: This is a soft lock system for team coordination, not a technical lock. Mailbox Management: Create mailbox rules for: Auto-sorting of incoming emails into folders Forwarding/redirecting emails to appropriate team members. Documentation: Full, clear, and detailed documentation of all built solutions. Key Challenges Minimal guidance — the candidate must be proactive, creative, and solution-oriented. Must be comfortable working independently and proposing solutions without heavy supervision.
