* $89,663 to $98,556 per annum (HEO6 Level)
* Plus 17% employer superannuation
* Salary packaging options are available
* 20 days family and domestic violence leave available per annum
* 20 days gender affirmation leave per annum
* 10 days Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and ceremonial leave per annum
* 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum.
* Location Armidale

About the role

As the Clinic Practice Manager at the UNE Psychology Clinic, you will be instrumental in overseeing and improving our clinical services. This role calls for a dynamic leader who excels in high-level management and administration, capable of nurturing key strategic relationships. You will provide crucial support to our academic staff and students, ensuring efficient clinic operations that significantly benefit the wider community. About you

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant degree complemented by extensive experience in healthcare management or possess a combination of specialist expertise and comprehensive technical or administrative knowledge. You are known for your autonomous work ethic, demonstrating initiative and judgement in managing technical and clinical tasks. Leadership is second nature to you, excelling in delivering quality client services backed by superior interpersonal and communication skills.
