Calling all Admin superstars! Do you pride yourself as an Admin multitasker looking for work / life balance and growth opportunities?

This is a permanent part-time opportunity for an office Administrator to join our Townsville branch. Working approximately 23 hours a week, 5 days, ideally Monday to Friday, with flexibility that accommodates school hours if needed.

If you thrive as the 'go-to' person and take pride in keeping operations organized, this role is perfect for you! Key responsibilities include:

* Setting up and maintaining new project jobfiles and work order approvals
* Assist in finalising project documentation and completion of project sign offs
* Lead end of month processing activities, including raising of claims and Work in Progress
* Accounts Payable – processing of invoices for creditors and sub-contractors
* Review and pre-processing of timesheets/interpreting Enterprise Agreement
* Arranging travel and social functions

What You Need to Bring

Ideally you will have a minimum of three years of administration experience in a trades-related industry, being hands on. You will also excel in:

* End of month processing/basic contracts administration
* Working with a medium/large ERP system
* AP/AR processes
* Being a self-starter who is well organised to meet set deadlines
* Delivering great customer service to internal and external stakeholders
