We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our dynamic team as a Safety and Healing Specialist. This part-time, fixed-term role requires strong assessment skills, clear decision-making, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
You will work across a range of programs that support safety, accountability, and healing for women and children who have experienced family violence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide group facilitation to Men's Behaviour Change, Caring Dads, and other programs as required.
* Undertake counselling and group work utilising recognised theories and frameworks.
* Undertake Family Safety and Mother Contact work around risk and safety issues.
You will work independently and as part of a supportive team, keeping accurate documentation and contributing to ongoing service development and improvement. We value trauma-informed practice and creating safer futures.
