About the role
As a result of recent expansion, we are looking to speak to experienced Sales Consultants/Sales Managers who are capable of overseeing this busy and multi faceted branch that services a range of products from tractors to earthmoving machinery to cars and everything in between.
You will lead a team of 6-10 staff and joining a company that has a supportive work environment with a strong family culture.
Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
An excellent remuneration package c. $150k + car, etc and the potential for future equity in the business if you wish will be offered to the successful candidate, along with a company car, laptop and phone. Relocation costs may also be offered for the right candidate.
