Job Description:
As a Central Support Team Manager, you will lead a national team of professionals supporting older Australians as they navigate their care pathway. You will manage multiple team leaders across Australia, ensuring efficient triage, high-quality support plan reviews, delegation of assessment outcomes and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach and develop team leaders to deliver outstanding client experiences and prevent workflow bottlenecks.
2. Interpret and analyse performance data across multiple platforms to identify priorities, guide decision-making and optimise service delivery.
3. Allocate resources and adapt quickly to changing operational drivers.
4. Foster a culture of responsiveness, collaboration and continuous improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years' operational management experience in a dynamic delivery context.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally gained in a service delivery/logistics/call centre context.
* Ability to analyse and interpret performance data to optimise service delivery.
* Proven results orientation.
* Demonstrated people management and coaching experience.
* Demonstrated understanding of telephony systems.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Demonstrated customer service experience.
* Proven change management skills and experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Motivated self-starter.
* Highly developed planning and organisational skills.
