Recruitment Support Officer

Temporary Part Time - to 29 June 2025

Hervey Bay
* Stream A Level 3 - $80,043 per annum + superannuation pro rata
* + 17.5% leave loading
* + 9-day fortnight

We're looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our dynamic - and pretty awesome - recruitment team

This is a part-time role alternating 2 to 3 days per week to support our team during a busy period up until the end of June.

In this fast-paced, deadline-driven role, your attention to detail will be key as you handle complex documentation (such as appointment letters), schedule meetings and interviews, and maintain accuracy with our systems and databases.

You'll provide a high level of customer service as you respond to general enquiries, support the coordination of recruitment events, update procedures, and assist with HR projects.

What We Are Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in the knowledge and understanding of administrative duties (intermediate to advanced level) including advanced keyboard / word-processing skills and experience in the use of Microsoft software packages and general office equipment.
* Highly developed communication skills including:
o Oral communication skills - ability to interact at all levels in a large organisation.
o Written communication skills - ability to draft correspondence, reports, undertake research and provide general reporting of research information.
* Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst exercising initiative, judgement and confidentiality in line with established work procedures.
* Sound research, analytical and problem solving skills including a demonstrated ability to think laterally and plan and prioritise work to achieve required outcomes.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal direction and supervision, providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
