And your impact will be immediate. What you’ll get Full ownership of a business-critical system The ability to make changes without layers of bureaucracy A role where you can go from idea to fix to live quickly Direct impact on real operations (not just internal tools) Variety, so you’ll work across apps, data, and users A stable system you can improve over time (not constant firefighting) Here’s the reality This system runs day-to-day operations. It tracks harvest work. It feeds payroll. It’s used in the field, warehouse, and office. If it breaks, people don’t get paid. So, your job is simple (but important!). Keep it running. Keep it stable. Keep the data right. Is this you? You’re across apps and data, not just one You stay calm when issues come in with little detail, so you’ll cut through noise and find the real problem. You’re comfortable dealing with everyone from field staff to leadership You like ownership and figuring things out yourself What you’ll be doing Own a Power Platform system (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate) Keep core processes running, especially payroll-related data. Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix issues without breaking what works Manage data pipelines (Power Query / Power BI) Support users and keep processes consistent Make small, smart improvements over time Work in a low-code Power Platform environment, building, maintaining, and improving apps, automations, and dashboards without heavy traditional coding What matters most Experience with Power Platform and data tools Strong attention to detail Calm, methodical approach Ability to work across systems, data, and users This isn’t a rebuild role. It’s stability first. Improvements second. Interested? Send me your CV (even if it’s not perfect) or reach out for a chat. Everyone will get a response.
