The Maintenance Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort, functionality, and safety of the physical environment within our facility. Responsibilities:
* Facility Maintenance: Oversee and perform regular maintenance tasks throughout the residence, including inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.
* Safety and Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment used in the facility or outsource to external companies.
