Duties
* Assisting with crane fit outs
* Assisting overhauls (cleaning parts, documenting)
* Rebuilding mechanical components, with experienced technician
* Cleaning and grinding steel beams
* Preparing surfaces for painting (paint prep)
* Applying paint as required
* Support project teams with general TA duties, including lifting, positioning, and basic assembly work.
* Perform other duties as directed by the Workshop Supervisor to support production and delivery schedules
* Operate forklifts
* Pallet jacks
* Load and Unload Trucks
* Receive, check, and record incoming parts and materials.
* Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
* Prepare and pack parts for projects or delivery
* Ensure accurate documentation for receipting and dispatching goods
* Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines
Skills and Experience
* Current Forklift License (mandatory)
* EWP License
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
* Experience in stores/inventory management.
* Familiarity with hand tools, grinders, and paint preparation.
* Current driver's license.
