Job description
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Part time Digital Marketing Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering impactful campaigns. Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing client accounts, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring exceptional outcomes across all projects.
This role offers flexibility and is perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while contributing meaningfully to client success.
Hours
Flexible hour opportunity:
* 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
* Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (eg Meta, Google)
* Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager and Project Manager to align strategies with client objectives
* Provide timely updates and reports to clients on campaign performance
* Assist in campaign setup, monitoring, and performance analysis
* Contribute ideas for innovative campaigns and optimisation strategies
* Support day to day project management tasks to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years experience in an account management role within a digital marketing agency
* Proven experience managing digital campaigns (eg Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
* Strong client communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in project management tools and software (eg Asana, Trello, )
* Quick learner with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign reporting
* A team player with a collaborative spirit
