We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our highly regarded Property Management Accounting team. Reporting to the Portfolio Finance Director, you will provide assistance in the financial/management accounting and reporting for a commercial portfolio on a key strategic account. This is a dynamic role working closely with PM team and client, being the subject matter expert for related financial reporting matters and offering support for internal and external stakeholders of this allocated portfolio.
Here's what you'll focus on:
* Monthly reporting of management Accounts in an accurate & timely manner
* Financial modelling including preparing lease amortisation schedules.
* Ensure accurate monthly reporting for properties which includes balance sheet, profit and loss analysis and variance commentaries
* Strong knowledge of Property Lease administration to support lease administration team
* Review and analysis of property performance
* Ensure compliance to accounting policies and procedures
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
* Providing assistance to the client with scheduled audits
Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful:
* Bachelor's Degree in Property Management /Commerce or related field
* CPA/CA Qualified or studying towards it
* Previous experience within commercial property accounting
* High level attention to detail and accuracy
* Advanced Excel skills to build bespoke reporting
* Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
* Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
* A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
