Document Control Specialist
The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for facilitating alignment and timely updates of project documents.
This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and assist in the development of project plans.
* Act as a key communication liaison between stakeholders to facilitate alignment;
* Create, organize, distribute, and maintain project documentation and records;
* Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and assist in the development of project plans;
* Support the definition and implementation of the Project Document Management Process;
* Monitor the Client Approval Process and manage timely document submissions;
* Oversee the setup and continuous monitoring of project progress calculations and workflows;
* Provide Help Desk support and training to team members on Document Management Tools;
* Ensure proper document linking to project activities and purchase requests/orders;
* Support the Project Manager in identifying and managing project risks and opportunities;
Key skills required include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
