Our client is a well-established, Indigenous-owned civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across remote and regional Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their team on two landmark $15 million civil projects in the Northern Territory.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project engineering functions from planning through to completion
* Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
* Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
About You:
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure or earthworks projects
* Proven track record delivering projects in regional or remote areas
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Understanding of ISO-compliant safety and quality systems
* FIFO or remote project experience highly regarded
