You will be positioned within one of the key teams servicing medical and pharmaceutical clients and processing customer orders.
- **About the role**
- You should be ready and willing to start ASAP, as we require an immediate start.
- Representing the customer service team this roles is administrative processing orders via an in-house logging tool, Oracle and MS Outlook.
- **About you**

This is a high-volume fast-paced role that will require an eye for detail.
- You will bring;- Experience with excellent data entry speed and accuracy
- Comfortable in a high-volume Call Centre environment
- Willingness to complete a Data Entry test and result with at least >98% accuracy and minimum 30-40 WPM or higher
- Experience using MS Outlook and Oracle or similar experience would be an advantage
- Inbound customer service experience as you will be required to support your colleagues with overflow of calls relating to orders
- You will have a positive attitude towards work and able to commence ASAP
