**Job Description**:
This is an opportunity to step away from a traditional support role and oversee the Investment Services administration and operations to ensure deliverables are achieved by teams and individuals in accordance with the service line business plan.
**Some of your key responsibility will be**:
- Manage Investment Services (IS) projects aligned to the enterprise or annual business plan including records management, data analytics, technology improvements, system changes and implementation
- Follow up and collate operative analytics including organising and interpreting financial information to ensure accurate information delivered in a timely manner.
- Contribute as part of a team-based approach to the servicing of client needs. Preparation of client presentations, proposals, and coordination of major client pitches.
- Partner with the Head of Investment Services and National Marketing Manager to drive and successfully execute key people initiatives.
- Oversee the national IS administration team to ensure consistency and a high level of service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills with a client orientated approach.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and able to adapt priorities as required.
- Ability to interpret financial reports.
