Job detailsWe are seeking experienced User Experience (UX) Designers to support a major federal government digital transformation program. This program focuses on redesigning and modernising key systems that support the delivery of elections, by-elections, and referendums across Australia.As a UX Designer, you will work at the intersection of design, business, and technology-leading user experience design efforts within an Agile delivery team. You'll engage with stakeholders, facilitate co-design workshops, develop interactive prototypes, and promote a user-centric approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Lead UX design activities across pre-discovery, discovery, and delivery phasesFacilitate co-design workshops and user interviews with stakeholders and end-usersCreate wireframes, user interface designs, and interactive prototypesDocument user research findings and present design concepts to business areasAdvocate for human-centred design principles and enhance existing design systemsCollaborate with Agile Coaches, Service Designers, and business stakeholdersProactively identify opportunities for process or technology innovationMaintain strong communication and foster collaborative environmentsAbout the Program:This opportunity is part of a large-scale transformation initiative to modernise key business capabilities and replace ageing systems with an agile, citizen-centric digital platform.
