**About the role**
Day to day contact for all client and will interact on a regular basis to ensure customer service standards are at their highest. You'll be working with clients to take in their orders, log them on the system then liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that orders are being produced on time, and on budget.
**Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding requests, setting expectations and providing accurate advice
- Being the key point of contact externally for customer, both domestic and international
- Data entry of clients orders, a valuable eye for detail is paramount here
- Sales reporting on a weekly basis to report to the team on scheduling and any changes
**Skills & Expertise**
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Enjoys building relationships with client and internally
- Experienced with SAP or ERP
- Intermediate skills on Excel (Pivot Tables)
- Organized
- Strong time management skills
