Job Opportunity: Superintendent Logistics
Location: Kwinana or Kalgoorlie
Aurizon is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the operational activities across our Logistics & Rail/Trucking Terminals. This role is pivotal in driving safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, while building high-performing teams aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a strong safety-first culture across all operations
* Drive productivity, efficiency, and on-time performance
* Coach and develop teams and contractors to deliver results
* Lead change and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture
* Manage scheduled and emergency operational requirements
* Ensure compliance with all legislative and company standards
* Identify and implement innovative solutions to support growth
About You:
* 5+ years' experience in rail, terminal and trucking operational leadership
* Background in rail, trucking, logistics, or mining highly desirable
* Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to manage operational priorities and deliver strategic outcomes
* Sound understanding of terminal operations and infrastructure
* Qualification in Logistics / Operational Management (preferred)
