* Accurately record and register customer requests using computer systems.
* Perform administrative duties under supervision, including processing transactions and maintaining records.
* Proactively promote services and information to customers.

* Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Significant experience in administration and clerical work, including cash handling and reconciliation.
* Strong customer service skills with experience in Reception and Call Centre operations.
* Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in databases and software programs.
