We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong leadership skills and a passion for healthcare to support our Allied Health and Ambulatory Care teams in a collaborative job‑share role.
About the Role
In this role you will share responsibilities for administration operations, coordination of staff rosters and leave, training and development, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the Allied Health and Ambulatory care services.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years of high‑level administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
* Experience supervising staff, including roster and leave management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Willingness to develop self and others and identify areas for improvement.
* Confidence in responding to, managing and escalating conflict.
* Understanding of confidentiality principles and patient rights.
* Initiative and problem‑solving skills to achieve optimum results.
* Current or working towards Certificate / Diploma level qualification in administration.
* Experience with clinical applications such as Patient Administration Systems (iPM), Digital/Electronic Medical Records (BOSSnet) and rostering.
