**Operations Coordinators Wanted - Join the Monash Doctors Workforce in Permanent Roles**
The Monash Doctors Workforce is expanding, and we're seeking Operations Coordinators to join our medical workforce unit in permanent positions. If you're looking for a dynamic role that offers both stability and flexibility, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
**About the Role**
These roles are classified as HS3 positions under the hospital administration award, and they include penalty rates for weekend and after-hours work. The positions will require weekend availability and offer the flexibility to work onsite or from home. Please note that rostered shifts will start as early as 6:00 AM and may finish as late as 10:00 PM, so flexibility in working hours is essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage JMS rosters and ensure compliance with Monash Health policies and the Doctors in Training Enterprise Agreement.
- Coordinate leave planning and backfill cover for emergent JMS leave.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for JMS on HR-related queries.
- Responsible for promptly actioning general inquiries and ensuring efficient resolution of day-to-day operational matters
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to provide operational support and manage annual allocation plans.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Strong knowledge of Medical Industrial Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience in medical workforce issues within a large tertiary hospital environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with recruitment systems.
