About the Role
As Assistant Showroom Manager, you will help lead the St Kilda team, support daily operations, and ensure every customer experience reflects our high standards.
You will work closely with the Showroom Manager and national support teams, while confidently stepping up in their absence when needed.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and support the showroom team each day
•Manage stock flow, team scheduling and task management systems
•Maintain a smooth and premium customer experience
•Set the tone for teamwork, service, and communication
•Support reporting, visual presentation and operations in the showroom
What We Are Looking For
•Leadership experience in any industry
•Confidence managing competing priorities
•Strong communication and people skills
•A proactive mindset and positive energy
•Comfortable with digital systems, email, and task tracking
•Bonus if you have experience in retail, interiors or design (but not essential)
