Overview
We are seeking experienced Program Management professionals to support the delivery of infrastructure policy and development initiatives domestic and abroad. These roles contribute to the management of international development programs focused on facilitating quality, sustainable and resilient infrastructure. Program activities include managing contributions to regional initiatives, supporting collaboration with international partners, and delivering activities that strengthen infrastructure capability across partner countries. Positions may be filled at either APS6 Program Officer or EL1 Assistant Director level depending on the capability and experience of the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
APS6 – Program Officer
The APS6 will support program delivery and coordination by:
* Supporting program management across multiple initiatives
* Assisting with monitoring contractual arrangements and program deliverables
* Managing program administration, reporting and record keeping
* Coordinating logistics and operational support for program activities
* Engaging with stakeholders and participants to support program outcomes
EL1 – Assistant Director
The EL1 will lead program delivery and stakeholder engagement activities by:
* Leading program management activities across infrastructure initiatives
* Managing contractual arrangements and program governance
* Providing policy advice related to infrastructure development initiatives
* Leading engagement with bilateral, multilateral and regional partners
* Representing the organisation in working groups and stakeholder forums
* Supporting coordination of program reporting and delivery outcomes
Skills and Experience
Candidates should demonstrate:
* Experience in program management, project delivery or policy implementation
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of government processes and governance frameworks
