APS6 Program/Grants Officer Job Opportunity
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our team as APS6 Program/Grants Officers.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end program or grant administration, including assessments, funding agreements, and reporting.
* Manage program or grant administration from start to finish, encompassing evaluations, funding agreements, and reporting requirements.
* Monitor the compliance and performance of funded entities to ensure they meet the necessary standards.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of program guidelines and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including grant recipients and partner agencies, to build strong relationships and foster effective communication.
* Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, and correspondence for senior executives and Ministers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong experience in program or grants management, preferably in a government setting.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to interpret guidelines and apply sound judgement.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with various groups.
* Experience working with government grant or funding systems is highly desirable.
Please note that Australian citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance is essential. Relevant qualifications in public administration, project management, or related fields are also desirable.
