Key Responsibilities:
* Develop project configuration and data management plans and processes in line with ASDEFCON requirements.
* Manage project-related tools, information systems, and bills of materials.
* Manage and maintain the program's design data, technical baselines, engineering changes, and approved configurations.
* Facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and manage/track the outputs and changes - e.g., Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
* Prepare and participate in product technical design reviews and audits as required.
* Capture Configuration Status Account Information (CSA).
* Ensure integrity of the data set/configuration environment via regular audits.
* Maintain the necessary controls for the security, export control, and intellectual property of technical data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Configuration management in an ASDEFCON environment.
* Familiarity and understanding of industry configuration management standards.
* Ability to effectively communicate with personnel within the program on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation to reach agreement.
* Ability to provide guidance and assistance to less-experienced professionals and/or support employees.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
