About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Chemist Discount Centre to provide operational leadership, support, and advice to CDC brand stakeholders across the Support Office and CDC store network. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless delivery and execution of CDC's brand strategy. You will work closely with internal teams and store partners to drive operational excellence, support store onboarding and conversion, maintain brand compliance, and deliver meaningful improvements across the CDC network.


Role & Responsibilities

* Provide end-to-end operational support to the CDC brand, acting as a key liaison between Support Office teams and CDC stores
* Lead store onboarding, conversion, and training activities, ensuring new and existing stores are set up for success
* Own and deliver weekly CDC operational communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the network
* Develop, maintain, and refresh CDC operational manuals, guidelines, and compliance documentation
* Deliver data‑driven insights, reporting, and performance support to key stakeholders and Pharmacy Business Managers
* Maintain the CDC Member Website (intranet), manage member queries, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement


Skills & Experience

* Demonstrated experience in operations, retail, or network support roles, ideally within pharmacy, retail, or franchised environments
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and store partners
* Proven experience in store onboarding, training delivery, and operational documentation development
* Strong analytical and reporting capability, with experience supporting performance and operational decision‑making
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating webinars or training sessions
