Join a highly regarded premium wine business responsible for several premium brands in the Australian market. This hands‐on role will lead brand and trade marketing activity, driving awareness, storytelling and engagement across digital, PR, events and cellar door experiences. Working closely with the sales and international teams, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening brand equity, growing DTC engagement and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day‐to‐day brand and trade marketing for portfolio
* Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned to sales and market growth
* Manage digital presence including websites, social media and brand content
* Oversee PR strategy, storytelling and media engagement
* Lead Direct‐to‐Consumer and Cellar Door strategy to drive brand engagement and revenue
* Manage trade and consumer events, brand experiences and industry engagement
* Create and manage brand assets including photography, videography and packaging updates
* Partner with the Australian sales team and distributors to support brand‐led sales activity
* Manage and develop two direct reports across DTC/Cellar Door and Events/Hospitality
What You Bring to the Role
* 5+ years' marketing experience within premium wine, luxury or place‐based brands
* Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful brand strategies
* Strong digital, PR and storytelling capability
* Experience with DTC, cellar door or experiential brand environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
