Senior Aftermarket Manager

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment.
The company markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities.
Job Responsibilities
* Leading and developing the aftermarket team, ensuring objectives and targets are achieved, and we exceed SLA's to customers;
* Maintaining contact with clients to obtain customer feedback in relation to our product and service quality;
* Assisting clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services;
* Building and establishing good working relationships with clients, to facilitate increased sales and revenue;
* Monitoring contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and helping process renewals;
* Coordinating with the marketing team on promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity;
* Developing and implementing strategies to ensure satisfied clientele and increased returns;
* Liaising with sales team to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance;
* Ensuring clients are supported in line with set customer service standards;
* Conducting price and contract negotiations with clients, to establish contract details and attain profit margin;
* Overseeing all post-sales services provided to clients, to ensure customer satisfaction;
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in an Engineering related field, or extensive experience in technical service support;
* At least five years of proven leadership skills;
* Knowledge of the GSE industry is advantageous;
* Previous experience in a technical sales environment, and with spares sales;
* Experience in exporting product internationally, and working with agents internationally;
* Multilingual, particularly proficiency in German, is desirable;
* Exposure to ISO 9000;
* Customer and target focused;
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills;
* Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) and business systems software;
This position requires frequent travel to meet with customers, drive growth, and maintain existing relationships.
