About the Opportunity
This newly created position plays a critical role in taking new skincare products from concept through to warehouse delivery. In a very hands on role you will manage supplier coordination, production timelines, go-to-market systems, and logistics. This role is pivotal to ensuring launches are seamless, on time, and aligned with commercial goals. You'll work cross-functionally across departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations.
Duties Manage end-to-end project and production timelines
Coordinate pre-production samples, packaging, and prototype development
Submit and track purchase orders with suppliers
Oversee go-to-market readiness including SKUs, barcodes, POs, and pricing
Source and liaise with packaging and manufacturing suppliers globally
Ensure delivery of components and finished goods to distribution centres
Maintain accurate system data across CIN7, NetStock,, and others
Prepare documentation such as BOMs, kitting guides, and transport paperwork
Identify and streamline operational and system inefficiencies
Skills and Experience Proven experience in a similar role within skincare, pharmaceutical, medical device or FMCG industries
Background in product commercialisation or New Product Development
Confident working across systems and supply chains
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work across multiple teams wearing many hats within an organisation
Proactive and driven with strong stakeholder management
