We are seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our Randall's processing facility.
Vault Minerals operates the Randalls Gold Processing Facility, a 1.3Mtpa plant located 80km south‐east of Kalgoorlie. The plant features a 3‐stage crushing circuit, two ball mills, gravity separation and a CIP circuit, producing approximately 125,000,000 oz of gold this financial year with an average grade of 3‐4 g/t.
Reporting to the Mill Shift Supervisor, the Process Operator will support the Randalls Processing team, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability and housekeeping across the gold processing plant. The role is offered on an 8:6 or 7:7 roster, FIFO from Perth or DIDO (in‐camp stay) from Kalgoorlie.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and adjust operating variables and equipment to maintain optimum output for the processing plant.
* Operate an assigned section of the process plant; e.g., Crushing, Grinding/gravity separation, Leaching/CIP, Acacia/Elution.
* Accurately record all relevant data on shift log sheets and shift diaries.
* Ensure a safe work environment through high housekeeping standards, safe work procedures, incident/accident reporting and active involvement in safety programs and meetings.
* Maintain safety equipment, tools and vehicles in a clean and serviceable condition.
* Actively maintain knowledge of and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Work Practices.
About you
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in processing operation in a Crushing and Grinding circuit environment.
* Strong working knowledge of gold processing is preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in the use of Citect, PRONTO, MS Outlook, MS Excel, SharePoint, Chemalert.
* WA Driver's License (manual C Class).
* Hold qualifications for Loader, Forklift, Confined Space, and Work at Heights.
* The ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people and personalities across the organisation.
