As a Senior Lecturer in Nursing (Academic Level C), you will make significant leadership contributions to the teaching effort of the School and play a major role in scholarship, research, and professional activities. You will lead high‑quality education across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, bring strong professional expertise, and inspire both students and fellow academics through leadership and mentorship.

Position Requirements
* Possession of a doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline is a requirement of this role.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education.
* Understands current professional and educational issues in higher education and can work collaboratively with colleagues across the School to support students and promote CQUniversity.
* Proven research track record through recent published research outputs, with the ability to contribute to research in the School.
* Proven ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate University students, together with experience engaging with tertiary students and supporting their educational development through multi‑modal delivery strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a collaborative academic environment.
* Proven ability to lead projects, supervise research students, and secure competitive research grants. (Desirable)
