Your opportunity
As a Resident Services Ambassador, you will be the face of the asset—creating meaningful moments for residents across their entire journey, from first inspection through to move-in, day-to-day living and move-out. You'll maintain a visible on-site presence, support leasing and retention initiatives, and help foster a connected, engaged resident community.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned to the LIV Brand Promise and Customer Charter commitments
* Guide residents through inspections, move-ins, orientations, ongoing support and move-outs
* Manage end-to-end move-in and move-out experiences, including inspections and condition reports
* Support leasing activities, inspections and resident retention strategies
* Implement and promote the Resident Community Program and on-site events calendar
* Conduct regular property and site inspections in line with legislative requirements
* Respond to resident requests, complaints and feedback, ensuring accurate logging, triage and escalation where required
* Maintain accurate data across systems to support insights and decision-making
* Support the on-site team with administration and day-to-day office operations
* Champion Mirvac values and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture
About you
You are a proactive, organised and service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership to deliver positive outcomes.
What you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in asset management, hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment
* Demonstrated experience in high-volume customer service and administration
* Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve issues with positive outcomesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* High level of IT proficiency (Salesforce or StarRez experience desirable)
* Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
* A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change and complexity
Mandatory requirements
* Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent Licence (required)
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate – mandatory
* Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on an ad hoc basis
