Targeted Care Packages are designed to provide support for children and young people in need. The role of a Targeted Care Packages Support Worker is pivotal in this process, encompassing the emotional and functional needs of the child or young person, developing personal skills, and managing administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Keyworkers to deliver care packages to children and young people
* Develop and implement plans tailored to achieve desired outcomes for each individual
* Organize recreational activities and engage therapeutically with children and their families
* Communicate relevant information about children and their carers to Keyworkers
