CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking Experienced UNDERGROUND Driller’s Offsiders to join our team for projects across Western Australia’s mining sector. Temp to perm after a 3–6-month probation period. Weekly Pay Cycle. Supportive and Collaborative Team Environment. Role & Responsibilities: As an Underground Driller’s Offsider, you will be a key support to the driller, performing essential tasks to ensure efficient and safe operations in remote mining locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Rod handling and rig maintenance. Assisting with sample collection and bagging. Setting up and dismantling drill rigs and auxiliary equipment. Mobilising and demobilising drill rigs and associated equipment across various sites. Operating vehicles, drilling equipment, and related tools. Performing inspections and maintenance on tools and equipment. Participating in all safety, toolbox, and pre-shift meetings. Our Ideal Candidate: Previous off siding experience is desirable but not essential Immediate Start capability. Willing and able to work in remote locations in a close-knit team. Previous experience in physically demanding roles (capable of lifting up to 40kg). Current Manual C Driver’s Licence – required for Surface work. Current National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain. Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening. First Aid Certificate (Desirable) Rosters Available: 2:1 or 4:2 rosters available, depending on site.
