About the role
Mater Private Hospital Brisbane is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Haematologist to join our team as a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO). This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and contribute to the delivery of high‐quality haematology care.

What you'll be doing
* Provide inpatient and outpatient haematology services at Mater Private Hospital Brisbane.
* Manage a broad range of haematological conditions, including malignant and non‐malignant disorders.
* Collaborate with a team of skilled nursing and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Mater will support you in your transition to private practice, including access to established referral networks and administrative assistance.
About you
* Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
* Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Haematology or equivalent.
Clinical / Technical Competencies
* Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing haematological conditions.
* Commitment to patient‐centred care and clinical excellence.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
