Deputy Vice-President, Advancement Services - The University of Queensland

Responsibilities

* Lead the strategic direction, planning and delivery of UQ's advancement services as a member of the ACE Executive Team.
* Oversee information management and business intelligence, prospect development and relationship management, gift administration, and ACE's technology environment.
* Drive data, technology, and service excellence to enable the University's engagement and philanthropic goals, including transition to a new CRM platform as part of the UQ Salesforce ecosystem.
* Ensure advancement systems, processes, and insights empower fundraising and engagement activity at scale and position UQ as a sector leader in advancement services.


About You

* Strategic and collaborative leader with experience in Advancement Services or information strategy, ideally in higher education.
* Strong CRM leadership experience (preferably Salesforce) with led complex technology transformations that enhance stakeholder engagement and fundraising outcomes.
* Ability to lead high-performing teams, influence diverse stakeholders, apply advanced data governance, analytics, and prospect development capabilities.
* Excellent judgement, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering service and system excellence in complex organisations.
