Lead and motivate the team to embody the Pizza Hut values and uphold the brand
- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Assist in the recruitment and training of team members
- Collaborate with the restaurant support teams to grow sales in the business by executing all initiatives to a high standard and focusing on local store marketing
- Achieve CHAMPS Standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations
- Ensure compliance visits are consistently meeting standards.
- Manage food quality and food cost to ensure that customers receive excellent product without impacting food cost
- Achieve consistent results through team management within an increasingly complex restaurant environment.
- Approval of expenditure within the established guidelines
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum Diploma level qualification in relevant field.
- At least 1- 2 years of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and marketing strategies.
Pay: $73,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
